Refund policy

Terms & Conditions:

Once your order has been placed via our website, email, or order form, you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

Please contact us within 24 hours if there are any problems with your order. 

Upon delivery, all items must be checked. Meg Hawkins Ltd should be notified of any damages or shortages by 12 noon the day after the date of delivery. Meg Hawkins Ltd holds the right to refuse to replace items after this time period. We aim to deliver to you within 14 days of the order being placed unless otherwise notified. Please note all returns are at the customer's expense. Please be certain to have the goods delivered to an address where someone can accept your parcel and note that the billing address is the address where your credit/debit card is registered, and not necessarily the delivery address. 

In the event that you report any damaged and/or faulty products. In accordance with delivery terms, you will forthwith return such goods at your costs and risks within 3 working days. No potential refund will be issued unless these goods are received by Meg Hawkins Ltd within 7 working days. If we are satisfied that the damaged/faulty goods are a result of actions/consequences by us then we will replace such goods and deliver the same to you as soon as reasonably possible. In the event that we are unable or unwilling to replace such goods that were damaged due to fault of our own, then we will refund any money paid by you, in respect of the goods.
