We've Made Logging In Easier!

A little update to how you access your Meg Hawkins account.

We've recently updated our website and made a few changes to how you log in to your account.

The good news? You no longer need to remember a password!

Instead, you'll now receive a simple, secure one-time code sent directly to your email address.

How to log in to your account

Step 1 – Visit our website

Head to our website and click on the account/login icon.

Step 2 – Enter your email address

Enter the email address you normally use for your Meg Hawkins account.

Step 3 – Check your emails

You'll receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code. This replaces your old password.

Step 4 – Enter your code

Simply enter the 6-digit code on the login screen and you're in!

A few things worth knowing

• Your old password will no longer work. There's no need to reset it or create a new one.

• You'll receive a new code each time you log in. This helps keep your account secure.

• Can't find your code? Check your junk or spam folder and make sure you've entered the correct email address.

• Use your existing email address. This helps ensure you're accessing the correct customer account.

Trade Account Support – Accessing Your Wholesale Pricing

If you're an existing trade customer, you can continue to use your usual email address to log in.

However, following our website updates, some trade accounts may need to be reactivated for wholesale pricing.

If you've successfully logged in but can only see retail prices, don't worry! Your account simply needs a specific trade tag applied so our website recognises you as a wholesale customer.

Please contact our team and we'll update your account quickly and easily. You won't need to register again, create a new account or change your email address.

Once your trade access has been updated, you'll be able to log in and view your usual wholesale pricing.
